About the Author
Dominic is a UK fantasy writer crafting character‑driven stories about rebellion, consequence, and the quiet fractures that shape power. His work blends a literary sensibility with grounded, emotionally rich speculative worlds, focusing on the human cost of resistance and the moral weight of leadership. He writes fantasy where victories are never clean, loyalty is rarely simple, and every choice leaves a mark.
Dominic’s fiction is shaped by a fascination with how people survive the systems built to break them, and how power—taken, inherited, or resisted—reshapes the self. His characters live in the tension between duty and conscience, often discovering that the greatest battles are fought within.
He is currently developing four major works:
A Kingdom Bought in Blood — a political fantasy exploring rebellion, loyalty, and the cost of becoming the weapon someone else needs. It has been submitted to the Bath Novel Award and the Bridport Novel Award.

A Long Knight - A novella form the perspective of a Knight who did not plan to live pasthis glory days or live past use. A deep psychological study of a man crafted for war in a time of peace.

Dominic’s work is driven by a love of tight emotional interiority, layered relationships, and worlds built through character experience rather than exposition. He gravitates toward stories where rebellion is not a banner but a burden, where heroes are shaped by what they endure rather than what they claim, and where the line between justice and vengeance is never as clear as those in power pretend.
When he isn’t writing, Dominic is spending time with his Wife and two daughters so can be found in the fantasy world of tea parties and Unicorn Riders.
